National Public Broadcaster. RBF provides
broadcasting studios — fitted with

Recording Studios:
RBF boasts the biggest and most sophisticated
recording studios in the southern hemisphere,
all under one roof, which are available
for music and for drama. The studios range
from pre-production facilities to on-air
broadcasting, advanced recording, and
post-production.
RBF is not available only in Johannesburg,
but has state-of-the-art facilities in
Cape Town, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth
and Durban.

RBF
Remote:
This facility offers five competitive
mobile units, which can be made operational
within hours anywhere in Gauteng. The
units are staffed by fully qualified technicians
trained in live entertainment and broadcasting
events. Adaptable to any outside studio
recording or broadcasting situation, these
units are unique, sought-after broadcast
and communication tools. The units are
air-conditioned and acoustically treated.

Media
Libraries:
The media library is the information
hub for broadcasting-related audio and
printed material. It has valuable collections,
all of which are available to the public
and to production houses for research
or re-use. The only proviso is that copyright
must be cleared.
The Media Library includes the following:
